Frank is very community service minded. Fluent in Spanish, Frank lends his time as an instructor in City sponsored First Time Home Buyer certification workshops. He generously volunteers as an Ambassador at the First Tee Twin Creeks Golf Course. He also works with the local Children's Miracle Network of Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. In his spare time, he enjoys his hobbies of photography, playing music, technology, classic film, and golf.
